My project is basically to evaluate acute toxicity level of ethyl acetate extract of sapium bacatum. The objectives will be achieved by studying the gross and histological response of liver tissue to the compound. 4 groups of rat will be received different dosage of extract and observed for mortality within 14 days after injection. Any dead rats will be undergoing necroscopy while the rest will be killed after the last 14 days.
